1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SHARPr (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SHARPr is an AI-powered sports analytics and information platform. We provide conversational access to historical sports data, situational trends, and statistical analysis across leagues including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAAF, NCAAB, and PGA Tour.
3. Not a Sportsbook
SHARPr is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or wagering platform. We do not accept bets, hold funds, facilitate wagering, or guarantee any outcome. Any decision to place a wager is made independently by you, on a third-party platform of your choosing, and is your sole responsibility.
4. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only
All content provided through the Service — including AI responses, historical statistics, situational angles, and trend summaries — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or betting advice. Past performance is not predictive of future results.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using SHARPr you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; all activity under your account; complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws governing sports wagering; and using the Service in good faith. You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute data or AI outputs from the Service without our written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including our datasets, prompts, AI-generated responses, branding, design, and software, is owned by SHARPr or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHARPr and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service — including, without limitation, losses incurred from wagers placed in reliance on information provided by the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
